Picture update

So not much has been going on for us lately. We have just been trying to take advantage of the nice weather and spend some time outdoors! These next few pics were taken by a creek we have back behind our house. This was also my last day babysitting these two kiddos so we took them on a little adventure :)

One Year

Feeling grateful

Now dont get me wrong I know I have so many things to be grateful for but lately I have realized how lucky I am to have such a wonderful sister. My sister is an amazing, selfless, generous person and I love her for that. She is so strong and not to mention she helps make some of the cutest kids:) She's so talented and creative and has helped me with numerous school projects. However the thing I think she is best at is just being my friend.

Just a little outing...

There is a small field near our house where we like to take our dogs and just let one of them run free. Marley has always been good about one thing and that is stayin close and coming when she is called. David has been telling me I need to give Shiloh a chance and just let the lease go. Today I let go. At first she was good and just stuck close THEN she started to run for the woods... exactly what I told David she would do! Okay just so you know we found her but not until after a tour through the woods and yes a few tears:'( I guess all in all not a bad day!

this is crazy I know

posting three times in the same month is just nuts...for me atleast. When I lived at home before I got married I ALWAYS listened to music while getting ready but lately the TV is usually on in the background. Today I opened itunes turned the TV off and enjoyed:) I love music. Todays playlist consisted of-sweetness by Jimmy eat world, shimmer- fuel, your guardian angel-the red jumpsuit apparatus, and wonderwall-oasis. It's gonna be a great day!

Summer Job

This Summer I am going to be babysitting these two again. I'm not even sure how to describe my time with them...interesting, weird, hilarious, rewarding, yeah and I guess its a little bit fun:) They are great kids and quite funny as you can tell. I really enjoy their company and I am looking forward to the summer. Things that we like to do together... go on treasure hunts, make towers out of cups, play restaurant, go swimming, dress up, have dance parties, play wii, and watch movies... oh and take funny pictures:)

Cant get much better than that!

Yay so I just took my last two finals and I am officially done with school for roughly two and a half weeks haha. I'm taking two classes this summer so believe me I am going to ENJOY these next few weeks! I'm thinking my bathrooms need to be painted, I should probably catch up on some laundry, and my closet is begging to be cleaned out. Oh and not to mention car shopping. Since this is currently how my car looks. As bad as it looks it could have been so much worse so for that i am grateful:)

Wednesday morning I was on my way to school when the storm came through. I had just made it to Brownsferry(which wasn't very far) and I wasn't able to see anything. It was so rainny and the wind was so bad. I came to a stop and thats when a piece of tree hit my windshield and I just ducked my head and thats when the rest of the tree came crashing down and I do mean crashing. It was loud and TERRifying! After I realized that I was okay I then realized i couldnt get out. Two police officers had to come in and get me out. Then we sat around until they were able to get my car out from under the tree and I could gather up all my belongings. Needless to say I did not make it to school that day but my teachers were all very understanding.

Last post I said hopefully I would have something more interesting to blog about next time..and indeed I did but dont think its going to always be like this. After this post it is back to my same old life and I couldn't be happier!!
